Commercial Fence Contractor for West Texas and Eastern New Mexico
All-State builds security fence, perimeter fence, welded gates and automated entries for oilfield sites, plants, yards, schools and businesses from three Fence Supply Centers: Lubbock, Amarillo & Canyon, and Midland & Odessa. Our crews, our equipment, and material from our own Fence Supply Centers — with a spec sheet on every bid, so you can see exactly what you’re buying. We’ve built fence in West Texas since 1979.
What we build
- Security and perimeter fence — heavy chain link in six-, seven-, eight-, ten- and twelve-foot heights, with barbed wire or razor ribbon on outrigger arms turned in or out.
- Welded gates — double-swing and cantilever roll gates built in our own shop and sized to the opening.
- Gate operators and access control — LiftMaster Elite 3000 operators with pedestals, proximity card readers, keypads and exit loops, on gates we build and gates you already have. We diagnose and repair operators of every make and model too.
- Walk gates with panic hardware — egress for fenced sites and schools, with self-closing hinges.
- Ornamental iron — special-ordered for each job, usually in within 2 to 3 weeks.

Why the fabric finish matters more than the price
Two chain link bids can say the same thing — “8' chain link, barbed top” — and be very different fences. The biggest hidden difference is the galvanizing. We hang galvanized-after-weave (GAW) fabric: the wire is woven first, then coated, so the zinc covers the cut ends and knuckles. Most low-cost fabric is galvanized-before-weave (GBW), which is cheaper to make and starts rusting at every point where the wire was cut. On a long perimeter, that’s thousands of places.
It costs more up front, and on a commercial site where a failed run costs more than the fabric did, it’s the one we’ll put our name on. Chain link fabric and gauges →
A spec sheet with every bid
Every commercial quote line-items the material: fabric gauge and finish, post schedule and diameter, set depth, top rail, gate frame and operator model. When two bids come in at the same number, the spec sheets show what’s actually different.
What moves a commercial price?
Height and footage first. Then the post schedule — heavier-wall posts carry more steel and cost more, and taller fences and heavy gates need them. Gates: a walk gate, a double drive gate and a cantilever gate with an operator are very different line items. Ground: in parts of the region there’s rock just under the dirt, which adds time and equipment to every post hole — in the Permian Basin our crews run CAT 299D skid steers with augers built for it. And distance: sites well outside our normal service area carry travel and transport.
How fast can a commercial job start?
Every job that sets posts waits two days for the required underground utility locate. Gate operator diagnostics and small repairs that don’t set posts can often happen the same day or within one to two days. New work ranges from a few days to a few weeks depending on scope and any special-order material.

Schools and public sites
Districts now specify security fence the way industrial sites always have: controlled entry, panic-bar walk gates for egress, and a perimeter that reads as a boundary. We build to that spec and schedule around bell times and summer windows.
