There are many brands of stain available, but most stains are generic, and are not made for a specific type of wood. “Penofin” is the highest quality stain available for cedar and redwood. “Penofin” has performed extensive research and has formulated a stain using automotive paint pigments to create a longer lasting transparent finish on Cedar and Redwood. “Penofin” chose the Brazilian rosewood Oiticica Oil for its penetrating superiority and qualities.
